Creditfix deal with thousands of assignments on a daily basis which in itself presents various problems in terms of the day to day management of assignments and were losing revenue due to leads not being converted into fee paying appointments. They needed a solution that would allow them to work through such a large case load in the most efficient manner possible.
We looked at Creditfix’s organisational problem and worked with them to provide a solution that would increase efficiency and productivity while decreasing operational costs.
A plan in place to build efficient functionalities was put in place to allow Creditfix to spend less time having to tirelessly work through such a large amount of assignments. We looked at the problem and incorporated functionalities that would make it easier for the end-user and built efficiencies to decrease the time they spent on administrative daily tasks. With that in mind, we incorporated the following functionalities into the system;
As a result of using Visionblue CMS, Creditfix have been able to increase their productivity levels at a continuous rate. The rate of cases in which Creditfix are appointed on is increasing on a monthly basis, as all areas of the team, from drafters to post appointment managers, have been able to work in a more efficient manner. Working in such an efficient manner has resulted in a better quality of case management, meaning Creditfix have seen the number of cases they had falling into arrears decrease as well as being able to redeploy half of their employees.
